MarComPartners' Stay Connected Program begins with connecting you to the world at-large . At the core of all our client market strategies is the development of a website (or enhancement of your existing website) that best communicates your brand and value proposition , and links you to prospects, current clients, suppliers, affiliates, etc. Through our maintenance program we ensure that you "stay connected" to your constituents by providing a full range of marketing communications services on a monthly basis.

The Stay Connected Process

 We meet with you to understand your business, who your competitors are, who your typical clients are and why they do business with you, what your unique value proposition is, and what channels you use today to market and sell your products and services.

 We conduct the necessary research to prepare design concepts and cost estimates for your website.

 We design additional marketing communications concepts and messages, i.e., press releases, client case studies, etc. to work in collaboration with your website.

 We present back to you design and messaging concepts along with cost estimates for your feedback and agreement. We sign a contract for the web prototype phase of the project.

 We build a web prototype based and meet with you to review and finalize the web prototype, along with all additional marketing communications components and related costs.

 We discuss maintenance options and preferences for ongoing support after your website is migrated to production. We sign an agreement covering all project and maintenance costs.

 We build your website to the finalized specifications.

 We complete all marketing communications deliverables as specified.

We migrate your website to a test server for an agreed upon test period to ensure acceptability, performance, etc

 We migrate your website to a production site either hosted by MarComPartners or a provider of your choosing.
